We answer within one business day, Sunday to Thursday.
If a property is no longer available, priced differently to the advertisement, or you believe it is advertised without the owner's authorisation, tell us. Include the reference number shown on the listing. We contact the agency, and where authorisation cannot be produced the listing is removed.
You can delete your MARSA account and all associated data from within either app, under Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately; enquiries already sent to an agency remain with that agency as their own record of the conversation. You can also request deletion by writing to privacy@marsa.qa from your registered address.
Do I need an account to search? No. Browsing, searching and viewing listings need no account. You only sign in to save properties, set up alerts or contact an agent.
Does MARSA sell property directly? No. MARSA is an advertising platform. Every listing belongs to a licensed brokerage, and you deal with that brokerage.
What does "verified" mean on a listing? That the agency supplied documentation for the property and we checked it on the date shown. The date is displayed because verification ages — a check from a year ago tells you little.
